Returns

It's easy to return your item(s) by post. You do not need to return your item in the packaging in which it was delivered, however, the tags must be attached and the item must be in its original unused condition and free from odours. Returns that are used, damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. In these circumstances, we may refuse a refund or deduct an amount from the refund for the diminished value of the item. The goods remain in your property while in transit; therefore we do recommend that you send your goods via a signed for service. It usually takes between 7-14 working days from the postage date to receive items and process refunds.
